There are several legal cases currently pending against Donald Trump which are causing a lot of confusion. It is becoming increasingly difficult for seasoned legal professionals to keep up with all of the courtroom events, which means the average person trying to check in on the progress must be overwhelmed. For this reason, I am going to start highlighting important details happening during the week in court, that may be flying under the radar for the general public.
This week we will look at the recent, and very subtle ruling by New York’s Judge Engoron on Thursday, where Donald Trump was ordered to refrain from moving any of his assets without giving notice to the Court. Additionally, the judge required that a new financial inspection be conducted to ensure that the most current, accurate valuation on Trump assets has been provided to the Court.
