The Board of Supervisors in Cochise County, Arizona, is still threatening to refuse to canvass and certify the results of the 2022 election for the state. Republican Supervisors Tom Crosby and Peggy Judd, who have repeatedly questioned election procedures, and who recently voted to postpone the certification for Cochise County last week, are now in danger of missing the legal state deadline for each county to certify.
