A bombshell report published this week citing unnamed sources, revealed that the Department of Justice began an investigation in 2017 involving Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, who was allegedly seeking to give Trump $10 million to boost his 2016 election campaign. Federal investigators discovered in 2019 that, only five days before Trump was sworn into office, nearly $10 million in cash was withdrawn on behalf of an organization linked to Egyptian intelligence. The entire investigation was closed by Trump’s Attorney General, William Barr.
In an effort to help elect Trump, Elon Musk is influencing the next election by creating a PAC that collects voter data from people in key swing states through an online "register to vote" form that does not actually directly register people to vote.
