Good morning to everyone and happy Sunday. The SHERO posting schedule has been a little crazy this week, so I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know why SHERO has been quiet.
Apparently, I have had walking pneumonia again, and luckily, I returned home to Arizona for a visit and the change in climate let me know something was very wrong. I have gotten treatment and have been on the mend all week and I anticipate returning in full force next week. My experience with long-Covid has been challenging, and I so appreciate your patience while I work on recovering.
Thank you so much for being a SHERO supporter — I appreciate you and want you to know that my work would not be possible without you.
See you soon,
Amee

Paid subscriptions and one-time tributes embedded in each article allow me to keep publishing critical and informative work that is sometimes made available to the public — thank you. If you like this piece and want to support independent journalism further, you can forward this article to others, get a paid subscription or gift subscription, or donate as much as you like today.
I hope you feel better soon. My mom's cure all was rest and lots of hot tea with lemon and honey.
Feel better soon ❤️
