Happy Wednesday! I wanted to let you know that I will be taking a vacation for this next week to celebrate my birthday on Saturday and visit the Atlantic Ocean for the very first time. I know, I know, but I was born and raised in Arizona and have never gotten the chance until now.
SHERO will return in full force next week in order to gear up for a resumed Congressional schedule and more hotly anticipated Jan 6th Hearings. I wanted to make a playlist for you that expressed my vibe which is relaxed (finally), but excited. I wish you all a wonderful week and hope you enjoy these last days of summer with me! I am back home in California after a couple of weeks of walking along the Atlantic Ocean every morning for the last two weeks in Massachusetts. You're going to love it!
I sincerely hope you enjoy the ocean and that it is a wonderful and memorable experience for you. As a Midwest girl, I remember my first and only trip to see the Atlantic Ocean. I was only three years old, but I remember the sand was so hot that my father had to carry me into the ocean, and when we finally got there, we were knocked over by a wave. Apparently I didn't like the taste of the salty water, because I reportedly said "Yuck! It tastes like pepper!" (I was a confused little girl who mixed up my spices. I'm better with my spices now, but I'm still often confused - thank goodness for your posts!)
