In Pennsylvania, there were THREE documented cases of voter fraud.................all by Trump supporters.

I'm glad that the Democrats have finally realized what's at stake here, and it is nothing less than the integrity of our elections. It's amazing to me that it took them this long. Time for them to put Manchin and Sinema "on the spot": Do they support voter suppression or not? It really is that simple.

The fact that Biden didn't want to give up the #Filibuster at all but has now apparently been pushed into a reform of it to a talking one is why he wasn't my 1st, 2nd or even 10th choice for President. He's doing a good job with the Pandemic relief and his empathy is sorely missed & needed after 4 very long years. But, Biden is stuck in the past he remembers as a bipartisan Senate. That doesn't exist anymore & hasn't for 12 years. 12 years Mitch Has been using the Filibuster to rule with an iron fist, passing no legislation to help we, the people. He & the GOP only help the rich, corporations & Judges. They (big) lie about voter fraud & suppress Democratic voices, simply to keep their power & money. They're intimately connected to Russia & have actively undermined this Country. But Biden sees none of that, or has his rose colored glasses on so he only sees the past where he was able to negotiate with the Republicans. They're no interested in any of that. They want to keep the Jim Crow FILIBUSTER so even as a minority they can still rule. It's unfair, it's undemocratic & it has a long, ugly history of stopping civil right legislation. It has to go, or Dems will be in power for only 2 years, getting none of this landmark legislation through

The bills before the Senate represent progress & they must be passed. Schumer days Failure isn't an option. Exactly what is he planning on doing? Because so far, the word leaking out about Manchin & Sinema is very disheartening. It's frankly annoying that they want to live in the past with Biden. One thing about ol' Mitch is that he rules his caucus with an iron fist. Not one R voted for the Covid relief bill, even though a bunch of them, probably 10, we're reportedly in favor of it. But he held them in check.

If Schumer can't do the same he'll fail. The first big test of his leadership is with the antiquated Filibuster. He must call whoverer opposes getting rid of it, including DINO Manchin, and do whatever is necessary to get rid of it. Otherwise as usual, Democrats will pull failure from the jaws of victory. Shoot themselves in the foot. Fail. Schumer talks "tough" but acts meekly. We the people gave the Dems a mandate to act and act boldly against the suffering we've been living through, and just barely survived. If they fail now, I fear our democratic experi8will fail as well.

It has taken 40 years, but the right is no longer embarrassed by their obstructionism, their bigotry, their misogyny, their racism, their attempts to enrich the 1%. I don’t find anything they do as patriotic or pro American. Sad.

Amee, it’s time to found a women-founded, women lead and women-curated option to Twitter. Dorsey is a misogynist prick. Strong female voices from the left are silenced without a reasonable opportunity to appeal. It’s another weapon in the war against older white women. We can’t complain, have a point of view or move the veil away from our faces without being attacked or shut down. Let’s start a competitive site and make Twitter a fad which passed.
