Here is a little pre-game read ahead of John Dean's expert testimony this afternoon on the Mueller Report. You can expect a lot of comparisons between Trump and Nixon and references to Watergate. https://www.npr.org/2019/06/10/731119019/key-nixon-accuser-returns-to-capitol-with-sights-set-on-another-president

Did anyone think the President (Nixon) could not be indicted while in office?

I've heard enough from this Malcolm character. Let's move on.

Two part question. First, I'd like to know why a sitting president can't be indicted. Second, I'd like to know how anyone who holds that opinion can also claim that no one is above the law.

I lived through the Nixon administration. The cover-up was to Nixon as the 2016 election interference is to Trump? Mr. Mueller, what? There are thin lines between Nixon and Trump, so thin that the line between comedy and tragedy is a grand canyon. Help me out, Amee. Let's all make the Constitution strong again.

I want more info about KT McFarland. She told Senate Committee that she took notes on transition phone calls b/w Trump & Putin & Lavrov. There was only a record of one call b/w Trump & Putin in Nov b4 she joined team & none w/ Lavrov. Then KT said she didn’t remember correctly. No one is going to mistake taking notes for phone calls b/w T&P! This clearly shows that a back channel was established!!!

Dean is Pelosi's Roy Cohn.

After reading the article, do you think Dean's hearing will help move an impeachment inquiry forward?
