I will be live tweeting the Congressional Hearings on the Mueller Report here. Before they start, sound off on what you hope to hear, what you want more clarification on and what you want Congress to get to the bottom of with these specific hearings. Also, comment with any specific legal questions you might have and I will try to get to it.
Two part question. First, I'd like to know why a sitting president can't be indicted. Second, I'd like to know how anyone who holds that opinion can also claim that no one is above the law.

I want more info about KT McFarland. She told Senate Committee that she took notes on transition phone calls b/w Trump & Putin & Lavrov. There was only a record of one call b/w Trump & Putin in Nov b4 she joined team & none w/ Lavrov. Then KT said she didn’t remember correctly. No one is going to mistake taking notes for phone calls b/w T&P! This clearly shows that a back channel was established!!!
