Republican Congressman Paul Gosar tweeted a photo-manipulated video that depicts him killing his colleague and running at the president with two swords, captioning it: "Any anime fans out there?"
This is a sick and twisted man. Clearly these people are unfit for office, and I find myself questioning the fitness of those who allow them to remain. I question the fitness of ANYONE who would continue to sit in the room with them. I’m disgusted at the GUTLESSNESS in Washington on EVERY level
The spokesperson for Gosar is just as bad as he is. If that video were directed at harming Gosar or his staff they would be trying to bring the roof down. It is appalling that he is allowed to remain in Congress. It’s not funny, cannot be taken as fun or light viewing when he is depicting death of actual people. Fighting for truth does not require violence.
Someone who did this in the private sector would be hauled into the company's HR office and, as repeat offenders, be fired and possibly open to prosecution. It's more than ironic that members of Congress don't have such a recourse. The truth is that if Secret Service began to take these threats seriously and did their job their presence around AOC and anyone else who is threatened would send a powerful message that the federal government is committed to restoring our country. Every time something like this surfaces and nothing is done, a little more hope drains from me.

Gosar is mentally ill. I’m convinced of it. MTG, Boebert and Cawthorn get all the headlines but Gosar is arguably just as bad, if not even worse.
