A fourth set of criminal charges were levied against former President Donald Trump late last night after Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis returned 10 indictments accusing Trump and others of trying to overturn the 2020 election. The indictment features 41 total counts, with 13 counts against Donald Trump. The core of the indictment, a racketeering charge, implicates all 19 defendants named in the indictments.
It's just a matter of time before Trump and all of his MAGA supporters and enablers will face the justice they deserve for their treasonous actions!! It WILL happen and we must have faith and continue the good fight!!
These are the charges that Trump feared, because a (federal) pardon won’t do a thing for him here. His only goal--for the time being--will be to delay, with the hope that he wins reelection in November of 2024 and can then file a motion to stay any criminal proceedings since he will be the President (I'm gagging as I contemplate that possibility).
