It's been quite the few weeks in Texas, as the right wing nutcases have achieved their "Holy Trinity" of legislation: Banning abortion, unfettered gun use and voter suppression. All of which is why I am now boycotting any products that come out of that State.
October 2 will be peaceful demonstrations all over the country. October 4 is when SCOTUS returns to session instead of their shadow docket. It seems there are a lot of legal and ethical issues with Kavanaugh not being fully investigated for his sex crimes and Thomas being married to an organizer of 1/6. The Law and Order in this country are really bleak right now and Democrats need to do something besides pass bills honoring people. The House is plagued by Republicans working to take down our government. They shouldn’t be in office. If they succeed will there even be an office for them to hold. However there are still 212 Democrats and maybe 20 of them are working towards real change in this country. I follow a few on Twitter. I want to see actions, not empty words.
And where are the real journalists? There is no solid reporting just a bunch of anonymous sources stories that really say nothing. Even the ones that knew what Trump was doing held onto for a book instead of taking actions to save lives.
