Oh the memories. I remember the anticipation as my sister Kelli and I laid on the floor In front of the TV. Waiting anxiously as the screen was a white static blur. Our mom’s confusion as she asked why we were watching a channel with nothing on it. “We’re waiting mom. Any minute now a new channel starts.” (Or something to that effect.) Then out of the air appeared MTV and the first video ever played “Video Killed the Radio Star.” A great moment indeed. Thanks for sharing a great list Amee. Have a wonderful and safe vacation. We await your return.

Good for you, Amee!! Grab hold of all the good stuff... It's okay to look back and miss the past, but it's better to grab all the good in life that you can in the here and now. Lots of stuff to look forward to, to enjoy, and, yes, to fight for. We've got a ton of fights ahead of us, but I'm reasonably certain that those of us who truly care about our fellow man (and WOman!) are up to the challenge.
